Lessen Sodium Intake- Most hypertensive if have target to maintain blood pressure should lessen the sodium intake. Half spoons of the salt contain 1200 mg of sodium and one should not take more than 1500mg a day. So, you have to manage your diet. Better idea for you would be when you would stick to fresh foods in place of having processed foods as have high sodium content. Most of the junk foods and snack items having high amount of salt should be replaced with fruits or fresh salad. This would give betterment not only in your blood pressure but to the overall health.
